1. Our Commitment to Transparency
At Ethical and Practical Common Sense Collective (EAPCS), we don’t just talk about ethics — we practice them. Accountability isn’t a formality; it’s a reflection of our values. We believe that every supporter, donor, and participant deserves to know how we operate, how we spend, and how we uphold the trust placed in us. This page is our open ledger — a living commitment to integrity in action.
2. Where Donations Go
We treat every contribution as a responsibility. Your donations are used solely to support the mission of EAPCS — to promote ethical reflection, practical wisdom, and spiritual responsibility in everyday life. Here's a breakdown of how funds are typically used:
Educational Resources & Content Creation – online teachings, videos, writing, and outreach
Digital Tools & Web Hosting – platforms, apps, and tech to keep our work accessible
Community Projects – direct aid, event support, and collaboration with local groups
Administrative Needs – minimal costs for accounting, recordkeeping, and compliance
We do not use donations for political campaigns, personal enrichment, or unrelated investments. No fluff. No funny business.
3. Organizational Governance
EAPCS is led by a team committed to ethical leadership and grounded decision-making. While we operate under 508(c)(1)(A) as a faith-based ministry, we maintain strong internal governance practices:
Founder & Spiritual Director: Alice
Advisors & Contributors: Trusted volunteers and thought partners (listed upon request)
Decision-Making: Major decisions — especially financial or ethical in nature — are made through consensus and documented for accountability.
We follow a conflict of interest policy and do not allow any one individual to profit from donations.
4. Annual Financial Summary
While 508(c)(1)(A) organizations are not required to file IRS Form 990, we voluntarily provide a simple overview of our finances each year. Transparency is a choice we stand by.
Current Year Summary (2025):
Total Donations Received: $[insert amount]
Spent on Mission Delivery: $[insert amount]

5. Use of Funds Policy
To keep it plain and simple:
YES — education, outreach, community support, hosting, platform maintenance, and modest administrative tools.
NO — personal salaries, luxury items, political donations, or off-mission expenses.
EAPCS does not sell donor data, and we do not make money off ads or affiliate links. We remain independent by design.
6. How to Ask Questions or Submit Concerns
We welcome your curiosity, feedback, and even your skepticism. If you have questions about how we operate, or if something doesn’t sit right — reach out. We’ll give you a straight answer.

7. Ethics in Action: How Your Support Helps
Here’s one example of your donations at work:
“Thanks to your contributions, EAPCS was able to launch a digital teaching series on ethical decision-making in real-life scenarios — reaching over 1,200 people in just two months. That’s wisdom, shared freely and widely, because of you.”
This is what stewardship looks like. Every dollar makes impact possible — and every supporter makes it meaningful.
